BCS Bowl Talk
Yes, it’s that time to wax poetical or at least talk a lot of trash about how the Bowls games will turn out. It’s not unusual for fans to become upset but then again I would be doing me job if everybody was happy.
To start off, which of these two teams are likely to be snubbed? Undefeated TCU (6) or Boise State (7)… only one will be be guaranteed a spot among the five bowl games that mean anything.
While the Bronco’s don’t have a huge fan base or members in college elite membership they are still matter where it counts…the football field. So they are my pick for being passed over. What a shame.
Here is what is likely to happen ( If I can be so bold). The SEC champion will play Texas. Yeah I know…no big surprise there.
Following that bowl bids would got to the champions of the Pac-10 (Oregon), Big Ten (Ohio State), ACC (Georgia Tech) and Big East (Cincinnati). The SEC runner-up would be a shoe-in for a bowl somewhere.
So there…my picks. Though we still have 4 more weeks to play and perhaps an upset or two. Who knows?? This is college football after all.
