Shipping Policy

• Our shop strives to ship orders within 1 business day of when the order is placed. During high-volume seasons, it may take up to 3 business days from the date the order was placed to ship.
• Most orders are shipped via USPS.
• Need your order faster? Call the shop for expedited shipping rates and expected delivery window: 📞 (919) 586-6400 (Orders must be placed over the phone by 2pm EST, Monday–Thursday, holidays excluded.)

In-Store Pickup

• Yes! We now offer in-store pickup.
• Orders placed through our online shop do not qualify for promotions that may be available in-store, and vice-versa.
